Post birth everything takes time but my postnatal course supports you in your journey as a mum. Together we will look to restore the hormonal balance to ease the nervous system, build strength in the spine and support you and your body for holding and feeding your baby.

 
 
 

The Benefits?

It’s important to find comfort in your own body after the birth. This course creates a space for you to rest and relax, helping to bring your body and mind back into a state of balance.

We practice complete exercises for the whole body, helping to realign the spine, relieve stiffness and build strength slowly through gentle movements. The practice will help you to improve blood flow to stimulate growth and repair the cells in our body.

Pregnancy may have you feeling overwhelmed, fearful and powerless. And it’s ok to feel that way. A lot is changing. But how would it feel to be empowered by the experience, be held in a safe nurturing space, focus on YOU and your baby and your connection to your body?

Giving birth is a process.

Yes it’s intense. But it’s also empowering and incredibly powerful. Like any process, you can move through it. If you stay connected and trust yourself it can be a lovely experience.

Pregnancy Yoga

Practising yoga during pregnancy helps to gently stretch and tone your body as the baby grows, supports birth preparation and promotes a sense of balance and wellbeing leaving you feeling energised, refreshed and calm. 

All Pregnancy classes and flows are designed by me, to support you through your second and third trimester right up to labour.

Post Partum Yoga

My postnatal yoga course will support you in reclaiming and rediscovering your body after having the baby, helping to gently strengthen, tone and release tension.

This course will run through some lovely movements and flows but also included are some common postpartum conditions. We also focus on that really important part of restorative yoga especially for you after giving birth.

Teen Parenting Support Programme

The Teen Parents Support Programme -TPSP - is a support service for young mothers from pregnancy until the baby is 2 years of age. My Pregnancy and Postnatal classes have linked with this service to be able to provide space for anyone attending the TPSP. Mums to be in this programme will be able to access my classes for prenatal care and postnatal care for free. Please get in touch to receive all information you need on how to join us.

I am based in Galway City, I run In person classes in Barna in Galway and also my teachings are online, so I can support students internationally.
