Hello, I’m Mar.
I am a fully qualified Yoga Alliance accredited Yoga Practitioner. I teach in many strands of Yoga. Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Recovery Yoga &Yoga Nidra. I have my specalism in Prenatal, Postnatal & Mum and Baby Yoga.
Yoga for me is all about Connection.
Yoga fosters self-awareness, introspection, and inner peace. Through breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and mindful movement, it helps you:

In my specialism of Pre & Postnatal Yoga I help women to feel empowered and connected to their body and baby through their pregnancy journey and postpartum.
Pregnancy may have you feeling overwhelmed, fearful and powerless. And it’s ok to feel that way. A lot is changing. But how would it feel to feel empowered by the experience, be held in a safe nurturing space, focus on YOU and your baby and your connection to your body?

I'm going to help you prepare your mind and body for your pregnancy and labour to give you the very best chance of a positive and empowering experience of becoming a mum.
One of the most challenging parts of becoming a mum is the fear of the unknown, we hear so many birth stories now that is can become overwhelming to tune out the noise and tune into our bodies. But you do have control over your body, your mind and the experience of having a baby and I’m going to show you how.
Being a mum of 2 myself , I’ve gone through many of the emotions you will be feeling, the doubts, the worry, the uncertainty, the excitement, all rolled into one. But I also know from my own experience just how incredible the female body is and how when the time comes we all have that inner strength within our bodies to know just what to do. I teach you how to stay connected to your body, to your baby, to your breath, to practices that show you how amazing you are, that make you feel like superwomen during birth and post birth with a new babe to get to know.
